What is Included with the rental?
Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
The Sinclair does not provide linens, couples can choose to get linens from their caterer, or we highly recommend Linen Effects!

Catering & Bar
Couples are free to bring in any caterer that is licensed and insured in Minnesota. We have a prep kitchen for caterers to work out of, equipped with prep tables, and fridge space. We do not require a food minimum, but do have a 10% catering fee.
We have partnered with Liquid Motion for our bar service!
Parking
We have on-site parking for 40 cars, and plenty of street parking.
Wedding Insurance
We require all couples to obtain wedding insurance for their event, this can be through your homeowners insurance, or we have some recommendations for you!
Wedding Coordinator
We understand the importance of you and your family decompressing on the big day and getting to fully enjoy it, that is why we require all weddings to have a wedding coordinator / wedding planner. Because we run a wedding planning company (shameless plug) we offer a nice discount for Sinclair weddings. How Does the Rental Period work
The main space has a 12 hour rental period, couples can choose what times they would like that to be. The start of the rental is when vendors and clients have access to the main space for set-up.
Do you Require Security?
No we do not, but if you feel you want security at your event, we have a great company to recommend you to!
How do we secure a date?
We require a 50% Non-refundable deposit, and signed contract to secure any date.
